policy not to provide over the phone or over the internet quotes for
hearing aids.
We want to get it right for you. The hearing aid itself is only part of
the process and to get the best for you we need to see you face to face
and get more information that will help us to help you. When quoting on or
supplying an aid, we need to be clear about features that are to be
included as well as style and function.
The best way to choose a hearing aid is
through a face-to-face discussion with a clinician who will conduct a
hearing assessment, or if you already have an audiogram conducted
elsewhere, we will provide a free half hour hearing aid selection
discussion including price options.This process ensures
that you are being fitted with the most appropriate hearing aids to get
the best results for you.
Our sale price includes

60 day trial period,

two or three appointments at which the hearing aid is
fitted and adjusted to your hearing level and experience with the use of
hearing aids,

one year “after sale service” which includes the free supply
of batteries and repairs and additional adjustments if required to get
the best results.
